Ashlyn Foo
Ashlyn obtained her law degree from the University of Aberystwyth in 2022 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaysia in 2025.
Ashlyn’s practice spans a wide range of contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including the prosecution, litigation, and dispute resolution of trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs. She also assists clients with the enforcement of their intellectual property rights. Ashlyn has substantial experience managing foreign clients in relation to the protection of their intellectual property in Malaysia. She takes pride in her flexible, solution-oriented approach and consistently places her clients’ best interests at the forefront of her practice.

To advise clients on matters such as trademark, industrial design and copyright.
To provide prompt and accurate responses to the clients’ valued requests.
To directly assist and liaise with clients in resolving their intellectual property queries.
