Yue Seong is a Registered Malaysian Patent Agent with extensive experience in patent drafting and prosecution. He holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Combining a strong background in science and engineering with in-depth knowledge of patent law and practice, Yue Seong is adept at understanding and handling complex inventions across a wide range of scientific and technical fields. He provides comprehensive patent-related services to both local and international clients, including patentability analysis, patent drafting, freedom-to-operate assessments, and infringement and validity evaluations.

Prior to joining us, he has gained professional experience in a Singapore law firm specializing in intellectual property and a local IP firm, handling local and foreign patent applications, managing client communications, and mentoring junior team members.
